Kimberly and John have been in the building industry for over 18 years. They live in Peshtigo with their two daughters, Megan and McKenzie, who also work for the company.







Melissa Raminger
Building Consultant
Melissa joined the All American Dream Homes team and started selling homes in the spring of 2004. Less than two years later, Melissa was awarded the 2006 Salesperson of the Year Award!

Melissa is very detail-oriented and quick to resolve issues, skills she undoubtedly acquired as a manager at Marinette Marine Corporation prior to joining All American Dream Homes. We’re glad Melissa decided on a career change… she is truly an asset to our company, with a passion for working with people and helping them make their building dreams come true.

In her spare time, Melissa loves to spend time with her family and anything involved in the outdoors.


Phil Noble
Project Manager
Phil Noble is extremely detail-oriented... and he wants to make sure that EVERY project runs smoothly -- on time and within budget. Phil really enjoys working directly with each homeowner, making sure that every aspect of the building process has been considered and taken care of. He can also provide you with valuable insight on a variety of options you may want to consider or with possible solutions to problems you may have encountered.


Roger LaBombard
Service Manager
Roger LaBombard is not only the Service Manager at All American Dream Home, but he is also Kimberly’s father!

Roger’s involvement with our company is proof that we are truly a family organization (Kimberly’s mother, Pat, is our company's Office Manager). Customer satisfaction is definitely one of Roger’s greatest skills. He strongly believes that keeping our customers happy and satisfied will only bring more customers, and he constantly strives to meet this goal.

Before joining forces with All American Dream Homes, Roger served our community with 32 years in law enforcement. He has had the opportunity to deal with many problems and people and the one thing he has learned is that there is no problem that cannot be resolved - the most important and effective thing to do is to listen to other's concerns and take it from there.

Roger enjoys working with people and you can rest assured that he will listen to any concerns you may have and work to resolve them quickly for you.
