JOHN VAN BEEK (Co-founder)
John Van Beek is a licensed general contractor in Wisconsin and Michigan. John has been in the building industry for 15 years and thrives on producing and designing a quality product that his customers will enjoy for years to come. John specializes in custom site-built projects and commercial building/leasing. He loves to offer his clients a wide array of possibilities -- from an Energy-Star Certified home to custom kitchen and bathroom designs. Outside of work, John enjoys hunting and spending time on the Peshtigo River.
KIMBERLY VAN BEEK (Co-founder)
Kimberly Van Beek has worked in the building industry for 25 years and has a deep passion and excitement for her business. Kimberly excels not only in designing beautiful homes but in helping her customers understand the financing process; Kimberly was a loan originator for 15 years and has been a sales manager for 16. She thanks all her customers for letting her dream career become a reality. Kimberly enjoys bonfires and spending time with her family and friends.
MEGAN VAN BEEK GRAEF
The daughter of John and Kimberly Van Beek, Megan Van Beek has worked for All American Dream Homes for 17 years. In that time, Megan has experience in all facets of the business – from providing customer relations in the office to setting homes in the field. Megan is a graduate from UW-Whitewater with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Legal Studies. As operations manager, she strives for customer satisfaction and loves working for the family-operated business. Megan and her husband, Ryan Graef live in Crivitz and she enjoys spending time with her goats, donkeys, dogs and cat. RYAN GRAEF
With more than a decade of experience in general contracting, Ryan Graef plays a key role at All American Dream Homes as a project manager Associate. His career began in machining, where he worked full time from 2005 to 2017. That background gives him a strong technical foundation and a meticulous, detail-driven approach to every project. Ryan lives in Crivitz with his wife, Megan- one of our sales associates- and their three children. Outside of work, he stays busy managing the family's hobby farm and spending time with his family. He enjoys the outdoors and is passionate about hunting, fishing, woodworking, and farming. Ryans hands-on expertise, reliability, and commitment to quality make him a valued member of our team and a trusted partner for our homeowners.
MC KENZIE VAN BEEK
Raised in the building industry, Mc Kenzie Van Beek is the daughter of John and Kimberly Van Beek. Mc Kenzie strives for customer satisfaction and thorough communication during the building process. Krissy Grandaw
Elizabeth Foley
Elizabeth brings 8 years of experience in supply chain and purchasing, spanning diverse industries including paper converting, manufacturing, and most recently, home construction. Throughout her career, she has excelled in developing streamlined, customer-focused processes that improve efficiency while enhancing the customer experience. One of her greatest accomplishments has been designing a seamless workflow that integrates customer service at every step, ensuring clarity, consistency, and satisfaction from start to finish. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending quality time with her family which includes her husband, two boys, and their collection of animals. She finds joy in the outdoors- whether camping, kayaking, or relaxing around a campfire roasting marshmallows.
Brooke Graves
Brooke brings over 27 years of experience in the customer service industry and is currently transitioning into the Service/Warranty Claims Department at All American Dream Homes. She lives in Wausaukee with her husband and two teenage daughters. Outside of work Brooke attends various sporting events for her daughters. Brooke enjoys spending time outdoors and can often be found fishing, hiking, boating, camping, or snowmobiling.
Vanessa Ehlinger
Vanessa Ehlinger joined All American Dream Homes at the end of June 2022. Since her arrival, she has been managing marketing efforts while also assisting anyone in need. Vanessa lives right here in town with her boyfriend and their dog Koda. She loves arts and crafts, DIY projects, and the great outdoors.
